Terms of Service

Finanski is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you record and understand your income, spending, budgets, goals, and debts. Finanski is not a bank, does not hold or move your money, and is not a licensed financial institution. Nothing in Finanski — including the AI coaching, health score, or debt payoff estimates — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Finanski.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@finanski.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Finanski offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription, billed through Stripe. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.

You agree not to use Finanski to break the law, to attempt to access another user's data, to interfere with the service's operation, or to reverse-engineer or resell the product without our permission.

You own the financial data you enter into Finanski. You can export a complete copy or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

We aim to keep Finanski reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may need to suspend access for maintenance or in response to abuse.

Finanski is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winetics Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for financial decisions you make based on information Finanski provides. Our estimates, projections, and AI-generated insights are for guidance only and are not guarantees.

You may stop using Finanski and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
